Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Mechanic to service and repair products brought to the store. You will source and order parts, diagnose and repair small engines, and uphold strong customer relations while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of brand lines.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a collaborative team, and opportunities to grow through certifications and hands-on training within a trusted blue-collar environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience repairing and maintaining small engines.
• Ability to explain diagnoses and repairs to customers clearly.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and secure shop practices.

Responsibilities

• Source and order parts for customers.
• Diagnose and repair small engines/equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of national and private label brands.
• Complete reports and forms for work assignments.
