Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is looking for a Mechanic to service and repair products brought to the Colfax store. You will source and order parts, promote strong customer relations, and ensure a hassle-free experience for customers so they can get back to work.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of experience repairing small engines, can clearly explain diagnoses to customers, and follow safety procedures. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience repairing and maintaining small engines.
• Ability to clearly explain diagnosis and repair to customers.
• Commitment to safety and security procedures.
• Respectful team player with integrity and customer focus.
• Knowledge of small engine theory (2 and 4 stroke).
• Fluency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Source & order parts for customers.
• Diagnose and repair small engines/equipment.
