Qualifications

• 1-3 years work experience in an investment banking front office, or related, role with a focus on M&A.
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
• Bachelors' degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of the transaction cycle and is execution-oriented.
• Capacity to work independently on challenging tasks with attention to detail.
• Impeccable communication skills with senior professionals, clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions: support due diligence, document prep, negotiation, and liaising with client/advisers.
• Working with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams.
• Building and using complex financial models, completing valuation and analytical exercises.
• Drafting presentation materials, management presentations, Board materials, Memorandums, and other presentation materials.
• Keeping abreast of market developments and knowledge of target client base and market dynamics.
