J.P. Morgan in New York is seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join the Mid-Cap Investment Banking team and contribute to high-profile M&A and capital markets transactions.

You will work with senior bankers and collaborate across product and sector teams to develop robust financial models and compelling presentations. You will receive hands-on training, mentoring, and exposure to a wide range of deals, sharpening your execution skills and client-facing capabilities in a dynamic global bank

Qualifications

• 1 year work experience in an investment banking front office, or related, role.
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Impeccable communication and stakeholder management with senior professionals.

Responsabilités

• Execute transactions: support due diligence, document preparation, negotiation etc and liaising with relevant counterpart at the client/other advisers (accounting, legal, etc)
• Working with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams
• Building and using complex financial models, completing valuation and analytical exercises
• Drafting presentation materials, management presentations, Board materials, Memorandums, and other presentation materials for use in M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue
• Keeping abreast of key market developments and establishing knowledge of the target client base and relevant market dynamics
