Qualifications

• 1-3 years work experience in an investment banking front office or related role with a focus on M&A.
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Understanding of the transaction cycle and execution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently on challenging tasks with attention to detail.
• Impeccable communication skills with senior professionals and clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions: support due diligence, document preparation, negotiation and liaison with clients/advisors.
• Collaborate with JPMorgan product and sector teams.
• Build and analyze complex financial models, valuation work, and related exercises.
• Draft presentations, management presentations, Board materials, memorandums for M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Stay informed on key market developments and know the target client base and market dynamics.
