Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in an investment banking front office, or related, role with a focus on M&A.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Impeccable communication skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions.
• Interact with senior team members and client management daily to execute transactions.
• Lead valuation analyses including DCF, comparables, and LBOs.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Analysts.
