JPMorganChase in New York seeks an Investment Banking Associate for its Small Cap Investment Banking team. The role covers the full cycle of M&A transactions, from marketing pitches to client presentations, working with Analysts and Associates to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

The Associate will participate in preparing internal memos, presenting to committees, and supporting senior bankers while collaborating with a broader team across major markets. Occasional travel is expected.

Formación

• 3-5 years of work experience in an investment banking front office, or related, role with a focus on M&A.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Impeccable communication skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions.
• Interact with senior team members and client management daily to execute transactions.
• Lead valuation analyses including DCF, comparables, and LBOs.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Analysts.
