3-5 years of work experience in an investment banking front office with a focus on M&A.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Strong financial modelling skills and client-facing communication abilities.
Execution oriented with ability to work with senior professionals and clients.

Responsibilities

Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions.
Interact with senior team members and client management to execute transactions and discuss alternatives.
Define and review detailed valuation analyses (DCF, comps, LBOs).
Guide and review financial analyses during pitches and transactions.
Provide leadership and supervision to Analysts.
