Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in an investment banking front office with a focus on M&A.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Strong financial modelling skills and client-facing communication abilities.
• Execution oriented with ability to work with senior professionals and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions.
• Interact with senior team members and client management to execute transactions and discuss alternatives.
• Define and review detailed valuation analyses (DCF, comps, LBOs).
• Guide and review financial analyses during pitches and transactions.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Analysts.
