Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Lead Treasury Sales Officer to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of US Bank clients. You will lead product and industry expert engagements, tailor treasury solutions, and partner with sales and relationship teams to close complex, high-dollar deals.

You will travel up to 20%, develop long-term client relationships, analyze cost/benefit, and negotiate pricing to optimize profitability while promoting real-time payments and digital treasury adoption.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Treasury Sales Officer experience.
• Proven business development and relationship management with complex clients.
• Broad familiarity with global treasury management products, services, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead product experts supporting Global Transaction Services in client engagements, account management, complex and high-dollar deal closing, and emerging solution opportunities.
• Participate as a product sales or industry expert in client calls.
• Identify opportunities and influence solutions.
• Drive collaboration among product, sales, and client relationship teams.
• Deliver integrated treasury solutions to US Bank clients and prospects.
• Manage and pursue revenue streams and increase product penetration across an assigned portfolio.
• Partner with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge to develop solutions meeting client and prospect needs.
• Drive mobile, digital, and real-time payments adoption as a digital ambassador.
• Lead strategic dialogues using best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solution positioning.
• Manage revenue/product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP/RFI responses, call preparations, and client-facing treasury presentations.
• Evaluate treasury solutions through client-focused cost/benefit analysis and bank-focused profitability analysis.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal and presentation development and delivery.
• Develop new client relationships and deepen existing relationships by identifying client needs.
• Ensure responsible revenue and balance-sheet growth and profitability improvement.
• Partner with bankers and product specialists to develop customized treasury solutions.
• Lead pricing and negotiation discussions to optimize relationship profitability and year-over-year growth.
• Coach and mentor Treasury Analysts.
• Work with Servicing and Implementation teams to support client needs and deliver solutions.
