Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Lending Support Associate to nurture leads, review KYC/KYB, perform preliminary credit analysis, and guide clients through the funding process. You will serve as the primary contact and ensure a smooth customer experience across Salesforce and the Lendistry portal.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, manage loan applications, and help achieve funding goals while upholding compliance and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in small business lending or a related field.
• Understanding of SBA eligibility requirements and SOP 50 10.
• Proven ability to analyze and structure credit transactions.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support business development through internal leads and AEs.
• Nurture leads, engage clients, and transition them into funded loans.
• Review KYC/KYB and perform preliminary credit analyses.
• Collect and review documentation for loan applications.
• Own the customer experience through the lending process.
• Maintain loan pipelines and meet funding goals.
• Utilize Salesforce and the Lendistry portal for data entry and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
