Responsibilities

• Generates federal and nonfederal data and prepares reports for CMs/PMs and clients.
• Supports federal and nonfederal report submittals to clients.
• Performs audits on supplier classification and sourcing to ensure Small Business Program compliance.
• Reviews supplier profiles and maintains HDR’s supplier database.
• Coordinates with Subcontract Administrators and Contract Administrators on awards and modifications.
• Maintains Small Business Program files and records on the SharePoint site.
• Provides market research to identify small business opportunities.
