Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Compliance Analyst to lead complex government accounting processes and drive automation across indirect rate development, external reporting and internal controls.

The role interfaces with HDR teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with FAR, CAS and related guidance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in accounting/finance, a strong data-analytics background, and hands-on experience with Power BI, Snowflake and Tableau to modernize financial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or a related function.
Proficiency with data analytics, process automation and reporting software (Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau).
Working knowledge of FAR and CAS regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead indirect rate development processes in line with FAR, CAS and AASHTO guidance.
Manage external reporting and support and coordinate with auditors and HDR staff.
Design and implement automated expense review and monitoring processes using technology.
Collaborate with external auditors and HDR teams to ensure government compliance and contract administration.
Develop and mentor staff to strengthen team capabilities.
