Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Business Specialist I to grow the small business client base within the consumer bank. You will develop holistic client relationships, identify financial needs, and coordinate deposit and loan services for a portfolio of business clients.

In this role you will work with district and regional teams to drive growth, provide guidance on products and services, and partner with other bankers to expand opportunities in the community.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years client experience in Retail Banking and/or financial services with business owners.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with success in achieving goals in a retail or business banking role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract, retain and grow core small business segment relationships within the consumer bank.
• Identify client needs and recommend deposit, treasury and loan products.
• Coordinate loan approvals and closings; open and manage deposit accounts.
• Develop client relationships and generate new opportunities through networking and external calls.
• Collaborate with partners to promote small business products and services.
• Provide coaching and guidance to district teams to grow the small business segment.
