Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a results-oriented Small Business Banking professional to provide comprehensive financial solutions to SMB clients with revenues up to $20 million. You will expand profitable relationships, open core accounts, and prospect through external sources while adhering to procedures.

The role requires deep knowledge of small business financial products, strong relationship management, and collaboration with partners across banking teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales within financial services or B2B environments.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and advise on levers to improve outcomes.
• Strong outside sales mindset with prospecting drive.
• Proven ability to grow and deepen client relationships and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to analyze client financials and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client journey to identify needs and drive sales opportunities while managing risk.
• Identify and refer specialist SB opportunities and perform relationship reviews.
• Deliver a branded customer experience across sales portfolios with field presence at least 80% of the time.
• Foster relationships with key partners to increase SB opportunities.
• Advise clients on credit solutions and digital capabilities to hit business goals.
• Support execution of sales delivery to grow the Small Business segment.
• Coach and develop teams and clients, maintaining a client-centric culture.
