First Citizens Bank seeks a Business Services Representative to provide cash management solutions for commercial clients and related business services. You will partner with bankers as a subject matter expert and self-source opportunities to grow deposits and relationships.

Responsibilities include delivering a full range of business deposits, maintaining service standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting operational efficiency and risk management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of sales experience or high school with 6 years of sales experience.
• Experience in business development, business banking, lending, merchant services, treasury management, or small business banking.
• Valid driver's license; frequent driving to other offices and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Sales: achieve individual or team financial, production and relationship results as per metrics; engage with customers, prospects and referral sources; represent the Bank in community events to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Service Standards: foster partnerships; initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities; listen and address customer needs; leverage tools to enhance activities.
• Operations and Administration: comply with regulations and bank policies; complete required training; manage office operations and deposits accuracy; ensure efficient processing and risk controls.
