First Citizens Bank is seeking a Business Services Representative to provide cash management solutions and a full range of business deposit services to commercial clients. The role partners with Bankers as a subject matter expert, sourcing new business opportunities and delivering value through informed financial guidance.

The BSR will drive sales, maintain service standards, and ensure compliant operations across offices, requiring local travel and knowledge of business banking solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of sales/financial services experience OR High School Diploma or GED plus 6 years of sales/financial services experience.
• Experience in business development, merchant services, treasury management, small business banking is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with frequent driving to other offices and client sites.

Responsabilidades

• Sales: achieve individual/team financial, production and relationship targets and generate referrals.
• Service standards: build collaborative partnerships and address customer needs with proactive solutions.
• Operations: comply with regulations and policies to manage risk and ensure accurate deposits processing and efficient office operations.
