Job summary

U.S. Bank in Oregon is seeking a results-driven business banking professional to provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses earning $500K–$2.5M in annual revenue.

You will deepen existing client relationships through routine outreach, prospect new opportunities, and refer clients to related banking partners while meeting revenue targets and working with branch colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations and policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and financial solutions to small businesses.
• Deepen existing customer relationships through routine calling and business development.
• Collaborate with branch partners and other business lines to meet revenue targets.
• Refer clients to Business Banking and/or other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.
