Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end client journey to deliver client needs and drive sales opportunities while mitigating risk
• Identifies opportunities and referrals to deepen small business relationships
• Delivers a branded customer experience within sales portfolios by spending substantial time in the field
• Forges relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities
• Advises clients on solutions, credit, and digital capabilities to reach business goals
• Supports execution of the sales delivery model to grow the bank’s Small Business segment
• Coaches and guides colleagues while maintaining client- and employee-centric culture
