Bank of America is seeking a Business Solutions Advisor to provide specialized service and advisory support to financial center clients across borrowing and banking offerings. The role focuses on acquiring new relationships and deepening existing ones by presenting tailored solutions to help clients meet financial goals, while balancing sales, risk, and client care.

The position supports onsite work within a financial center, with training and potential relocation within reasonable commuting

Qualifications

• Has demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Has strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.
• Has effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution.
• Has a proven sales track record.
• Can build productive partnerships and working relationships.
• Is experienced with outbound phone sales.

Responsabilités

• Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank
• Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend additional financial services
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts follow-up routines
• Makes decisions on client requests and referrals to internal partners
• Partners with leaders to provide guidance and coaching to associates during meetings
