Virginia Tech in Blacksburg is looking for a Veterinary Technician to provide technical support in the ICU section of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. The role involves providing critical care nursing procedures, instructing veterinary students, and being on call for ICU coverage.

Provides technical support to clinical faculty and senior veterinary students in the ICU section of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Performs critical care nursing procedures in the Intensive Care Unit as directed by clinical faculty and instructs senior veterinary students in technical and manipulative skills relating to ICU/Critical Care. On call for ICU coverage and covers ICU shifts, including holidays. Other areas as directed by supervisor.
