Prudential Financial’s PGIM Custom Harvest division seeks an Associate to support SMA operations, onboarding, billing, and reporting. You will work with Finance, Legal, Sales, Trading, and Technology to ensure accurate processes, data integrity, and platform growth in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end operational oversight of SMA workflows, custodian onboarding, and documentation, with opportunities for process automation and governance improvements.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of experience in investment operations supporting separately managed accounts (SMA’s).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting or data tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day SMA operational workflows including onboarding, maintenance, and funding.
• Provide end-to-end oversight across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes.
• Support billing lifecycle, management fees, and revenue reporting.
• Coordinate CSAs and RIA documentation; onboard new RIAs.
• Assist with new account onboarding across custodians and configurations.
• Monitor operational inboxes and resolve exceptions with stakeholders.
• Produce daily and period trade files, account status, and reporting for stakeholders.
• Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly oversight and governance reviews.
