Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in investment operations supporting SMA platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting; strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end SMA operations oversight across onboarding, maintenance, and funding.
• Support billing lifecycle, fee reporting, and revenue reconciliation.
• Coordinate CSAs and RIA documentation and onboarding of RIAs.
• Assist with custodian onboarding across multiple platforms (LPL, Raymond James, Goldman Sachs).
• Oversee daily workflows and manage operational exceptions with cross-functional teams.
• Produce daily and periodic trade files, account status reports, and AUM data.
