Job summary

PGIM Custom Harvest seeks an Associate to support the day‑to‑day SMA operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution across daily to annual processes. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, Trading, and Technology to enhance controls and efficiency.

Responsibilities include billing/revenue support, CSAs & RIA documentation, new account onboarding with custodians, and ongoing operational reporting to stakeholders, focusing on data integrity and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in investment operations supporting SMA platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting or data tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support SMA operations including onboarding, maintenance, and funding; end‑to‑end oversight across daily to annual processes.
• Assist with billing lifecycle and revenue reporting; prepare management fee and account balance reporting.
• Coordinate CSAs and RIA documentation; onboard new RIAs; ensure documentation aligns with requirements.
• Assist with new account onboarding across custodians and proxy edge setups; handle account configurations.
