Job summary

Mains'l Services in California is seeking a compassionate Supported Living Services (SLS) Program Manager to lead two 24-hour residential homes and coach Direct Support Professionals and Coordinators.

You will ensure high-quality, person-centered services, coordinate schedules, maintain compliance, and partner with families and the Far Northern Regional Center. This role blends leadership with hands-on training to support independence and meaningful lives for people served.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is required.
• Experience leading or managing a team is preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead two 24-hour residential homes.
• Coach and develop Direct Support Professionals and Coordinators.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered support.
• Coordinate schedules, timecards, and attendance.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and Mains'l policies.
• Partner with families, conservators, and regional center.
