Job summary

Vital Therapy seeks a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join the El Campo Rehabilitation & Care Center therapy team on a PRN basis. The role focuses on geriatrics and adult residents in a skilled nursing setting, with opportunities for growth and leadership within a supportive in-house team.

The position emphasizes high-quality care, collaboration with therapy staff, and programs addressing dysphagia, aphasia, cognition, and functional maintenance for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• TX license required.
• Experience with geriatrics in SNF/ LTC settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to geriatrics and adult residents.
• Collaborate with in-house therapy team in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Develop and implement therapy programs focusing on cognition, aphasia, dysphagia, and functional maintenance.
