PurposeCare is seeking a Speech Therapist to join our home health team in Indiana. We offer flexible scheduling, autonomy in clinical decisions, and personalized care in the patient’s home to support meaningful progress and recovery.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Therapist license in the state you are applying
• 1 year of speech therapist experience is required — home health experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
