Job summary

PurposeCare seeks a licensed Speech Therapist to join our home health team in Indiana. You will provide in-home therapy services, supporting clients to improve communication and quality of life within their own homes.

The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy in clinical decisions, and a pathway for growth with comprehensive benefits and mileage support.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Therapist license in the state in which you are applying.
• At least 1 year of speech therapist experience; home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, up to 50 lbs, bending and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Hiring Range

This is a paid per visit position - Rates range from $70 - $71 base
