PurposeCare is seeking a Speech Therapist to join our home-based care team. You will provide expert speech therapy services in patients' homes, delivering personalized care and improving functional communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Therapist license in the state in which you are applying.
• 1 year of speech therapist experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
