Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to deliver in-home therapy across the Midwest region. The role requires state licensure, at least 1 year of experience, and the ability to travel to patients' homes with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Therapist license in the applying state.
• 1 year of speech therapist experience required; home health experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as part of home visits (up to 50 lbs).

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with families and other clinicians to coordinate care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Speech Therapist license in the state in which you are applying
• 1 year of speech therapist experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
