Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide home health services in the Midwest. You will assess and treat patients in their homes, collaborate with the care team, and support patients to improve communication and swallowing function.

The role requires a current Speech Therapist license in the applying state and at least 1 year of experience; reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are required. Mileage reimbursement and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Therapist license in the state you are applying
• 1 year of speech therapist experience is required - home health experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
