Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN work in Taylorville, IL. You will join a team led by experienced therapists who value your clinical voice as much as their full-time staff.

This role offers daytime PRN scheduling with the opportunity to keep a flexible practice while maintaining mentorship and collaboration. Required are a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
