Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a PRN therapist in Starke, FL. You’ll have the freedom to choose when you work while collaborating with a supportive group dedicated to quality care.

Requirements include a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active SLP license, and CCC-SLP. Prior experience is preferred, and you’ll develop customized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, documenting progress along

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Education

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current, unencumbered State SLP License

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
