Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our PRN team at Suwannee Valley Nursing Center in Jasper, FL. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized plans and monitoring progress on a flexible schedule.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP. One year of experience is preferred; daytime PRN shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Evaluates and develops treatment plans for speech, language and swallowing disorders.
• Documents progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
