Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN scheduling in Jacksonville, FL. Maintain a flexible schedule while delivering high-quality care as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires a Master’s in SLP, Florida state license, and CCC-SLP; one year of experience preferred. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, document progress, and educate patients and families.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
