Job summary

StaffingSoft, Inc. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for our PRN team at Delmar Gardens of Overland Park in Overland Park, KS. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, delivering care with the same clinical standards as our full-time therapists. This role offers daytime PRN hours and support from a leadership team to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, active state license, CCC-SLP, and ~1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
