Job summary

Continuum-Therapy-Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support our PRN team in Lancaster, WI. You will deliver high-quality assessments and individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, aligned with our clinical standards.

The role offers daytime PRN scheduling with leadership support from our experienced therapy team, ensuring continuity of care for patients while you work on your terms.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
