Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our network of 275 locations across 16 states.

The role involves evaluating speech, language, and swallowing disorders and developing personalized treatment plans in a supportive, therapist-led organization.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
