Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders at Whitewater Health Services- St. Charles, MN.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state SLP license, and CCC-SLP. A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred; the role features a PRN schedule emphasizing patient-centered care and collaboration with families.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP preferred.

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required


• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required


• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred


• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders


• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes


• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
