Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders at La Crescent Health Services, La Crescent, MN.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a current SLP license, and CCC-SLP eligibility; prior experience is preferred. You will develop individualized treatment plans and educate families to promote effective communication and safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
