Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist at our Dade City location in Florida. The position is PRN with daytime hours, supporting patients with speech, language, and swallowing needs in a skilled care setting.

Required are a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP. Familiarity with documentation, patient progress, and family education is essential for delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
