Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide PRN services in the Oconomowoc, Wisconsin area. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and document patient progress with consistency to maintain high-quality care.

This position offers daytime PRN hours, with leadership support from a team of experienced therapists. A Master’s degree in SLP and CCC-SLP are required, along with an active state license.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities
