Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join La Crescent Health Services in La Crescent, MN, with a split assignment at Whitewater Health Services in St. Charles.

The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders in a daytime schedule. Requirements include a master's in SLP, current state license, and CCC-SLP; at least 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an SLP preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
