Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at La Crescent Health Services in La Crescent, MN. This part-time, daytime role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders with a patient-centered approach.

The position requires a Master's in SLP, an active state SLP license and CCC-SLP, plus preference for 1 year of experience. We offer 401k with company match and generous PTO, with a split site in nearby St. Charles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
