Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for its Roanoke, VA location. The role involves evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and tracking patient progress to adjust plans as needed.

The position requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification. PRN daytime schedule at South Roanoke Nursing and Rehab in Roanoke, VA is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
