Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Roanoke, VA to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will develop individualized plans and monitor progress to ensure optimal patient outcomes within a supportive team.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification. PRN daytime schedule available at South Roanoke Nursing and Rehab facility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current, unrestricted state SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
