Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Clifton Forge, VA. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Virginia SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification; 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active, unencumbered state SLP license is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
