Job summary

Continuum Midwest is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for Dayspring of Miami Valley in Fairborn, OH. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders and educate patients and families.

The role is full-time with a daytime schedule and an ESOP-driven culture. Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, current state SLP license, CCC-SLP, CFY considered, and about 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required
• CFY’s considered
• 1 year of previous experience as an SLP preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
