Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist at Willowdale Nursing & Rehab Center in New Holstein, WI. The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized plans, and documenting patient progress.

Qualifications
