Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapist-led network at Delmar Gardens West-Chesterfield, MO. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families.

Requires Master’s in SLP, current MO SLP license, CCC-SLP, and 1 year preferred; strong documentation and patient education skills; PRN-Daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
