Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ohio to join a therapist-led, growth-focused team. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized plans and educating patients and families.

Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, current state licensure with CCC-SLP, and 1 year of experience preferred. The role offers PRN daytime hours at Pine Grove Healthcare Center in Geneva, Ohio, with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
