Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the Mill Creek and Galion, Ohio locations. The role involves evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and developing individualized plans under the supervision of our leadership team.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology with an active state license and CCC-SLP certification, plus 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities
